The Neighbourhoods of Barbados

Barbados is the Eastern most island in the Caribbean Sea. It is 166 square miles in area with 80 miles of magnificent coastline, with some of the most famous beaches in the world including the 9 mile beach on the East Coast. The interior of the island is generally flat with gently rolling hills. Barbados is rightly known as the "Gem of the Caribbean", immortalised in song by the Merry Men.

There are an array of neighbourhoods in every parish in the island; from luxury developments to gated communities; from village communities to land developments. Properties in each neighbourhood vary in exclusivity, size and price; from Sandy Lane on the West Coast to Regency Park in Saint Philip, from Westmoreland to West terrace. There are properties at every price tier in the market and properties are continually being added.
